Rewards Card:

Every one wants to get something more nothing; well that is exactly what a rewards card does. It will offer you either cashback, air miles, gift certificates and points to redeem. Student Visa Card:

This Student card has so much to offer one can hardly believe it. This credit card is excellent to build a student credit score. I was totally blown away on the features it has, photo on the card, 0% APR for 6 months and no annual fee. This is exactly what a student wants to hear how can I save? Well the best visa card in the student category:

Citibank Citi Platinum Select Card for College Students

Small Business Credit Card:

Well your business does already a lot of purchases for airline tickets, hotels and stationery. Why not use a credit card to pay for all these purchases? I being dead serious you pay your expenses, you can keep track of every single purchase you make with your credit card. Plus you will earn points and earn rewards. Plus you will be paying off your card every month, by doing this you have a grace period of 20 days before the credit card company will start to charge you interest. Plus this Small business credit card that I am telling you about, will do a balance transfer free of any charges. It is a no brainer you should be using this card in your business. Well now the best visa card in the Small business category:

The best way to apply for a credit card is to fill in a credit card application form online. It is safe and very quick to use, you could be approved in 60 seconds. It is that easy only thing you need to be is honest with the credit card application form. If you lie it will hurt in the long run. Credit Card Gas Rewards

There are so many Gas credit cards to choose from, it feels like a needle in a haystack. How does one choose the best? Is it because your best friend is using a certain brand of gas credit card? Or were you just not bothered about it since you already have so many credit cards to choose from?

Should you go for a Branded gasoline credit card?

• Well to be quite honest with you I would not advise it at all. I mean why do you only want to put in gasoline at one place? I mean what happens if you go out of town and cannot find the gasoline company that you always use? And worst part of it is, you only have their branded credit card, so no one else will accept it.

• Then there is the other thing that concerns me about a branded gasoline card. If you know for a fact that that brand you always use is a couple of cents more expensive that the opposition down the road why do you keep going to the branded gas station?

• Branded Gas Credit Cards are just another accessory in today’s world. I mean if you only put a certain brand of gas in your car you know you are supporting it because it says something about you.

• To me it is simple; if one can benefit from a branded gas card then get one, if not don’t get one.
Should you go for non-branded gasoline credit cards?

• Non-branded gas credit cards give you the freedom to put gas in wherever you like. To me it is usually the cheapest.

• Having a Visa gas credit card means I can use it at any gas station. Some Visa cards might even offer me a credit card gas reward program. Meaning, if I use my card just for gas at any gas station in the country, I could get a rebate between 1 and 5 percent. Now that might not sound like a lot of money, but if you use your gas card correctly, you could get some serious rewards for being part of a gas rewards program.

• Yes gas reward programs vary but there is one that will suit your needs. I mean there are some Credit cards out there that combine reward programs, such as travel and gas. They will offer you 1 mile per $1 spent on regular purchases and 3 miles per $1 spent on gas purchases.

• These types of gas credit cards will only work if you have very little fees on them. So before applying make sure of the following:

• Annual fees should be $0 to make this card a real benefit.

• Can the rewards expire?

• Can I have a cash back option?

I hope that explains the difference between the two gas credit card options you have. It would make sense to have a credit card gas reward program. It could save you money in the long run if you make sure of the questions to ask before applying.

Credit Card Problems

The Federal Fair Credit Billing Act cover billing errors, examples below

· Charged for something you did not buy.

· A bill for an amount different from the actual amount you were charged

· A charge for something you did not accept when it was delivered

· A charge for something that was not deliver according to your agreement

· Math error

· Payments not credited to your account

· A charge by someone who does not have permission to use your card

If you think your credit card bill has an error do the following,

1. Write to the Credit Card Company within 60 days after the statement date on the bill with the error. Use the address for “billing inquiries” listed on the bill tell the company
Your Name and account number
That you believe the bill contains an error, and why you believe it is wrong
The actual date and amount of the error

2. Pay your bill except the disputed amount, no finance charges apply to the disputed amount.

If there is an error the credit card company cannot charge you finance charges on the disputed amount and your account must be corrected.
If there was no error the credit card company must give you a valid reason for why you owe them that money. The disputed amount will carry finance charges and any other charges from the credit card company.

What if the item you purchased is damaged?

The Federal Fair Credit Billing act allows you to withhold payment on any damaged or poor quality goods or services purchased with a credit card, even if you have accepted the goods or services, as long as you have made an attempt to solve the problem with the merchant. The sale must be more than $50 and must be within 100 miles of your home address. Write a letter to the credit Card Company explain why you are withholding your payment. You may withhold payment while the credit card company investigates your claim. If you pay for the goods and services before the bill dispute is resolved you lose your right to make a claim.

Secured Cards

I will be giving you a brief explanation on secured credit cards on how it works, who can apply for one and all other questions pertaining to this topic.

•What is a Secured Credit card?
Firstly it offers the exact same benefits as a unsecured credit card. The only difference is you have to put
down a deposit of some sort to use and on a unsecured credit card you borrow on a line of credit, the interest rate is a lot higher on a unsecured credit card.

•How does a Secured Credit Card Work?
If the credit card company agrees to accept you as a customer, you will need to deposit money into a account reserved for you.
After you deposit the money the credit card company takes it fees and then usually gives you credit to 50% of the money you deposited.
But this amount is controlled by the credit card company. You will make a monthly payment on the outstanding amount, interest will be charged
on that money you borrowed. There will always be a annual fee charge. Some credit card companies will charge an approval fee to open an account.
Do research before getting one.Whatever money you pay will go back into that account used for your deposit, the difference will be charged
at the end of the month. At times you could have a debit balance and be paid interest on the money you have not use.

•Who can apply for a Secured Credit card?
This type of credit card is for people who have no credit history and or bad credit. If the person opens a secured credit card they can work on building their creditworthiness or credit history then slowly take a credit report and see how your credit score has moved up!

•Pay account in Full:
Pay your account in full every month. You want to show the credit card company you are a not a risk and you will make awesome headway with Credit Checks.

•Research, Research,Research:
Find out all the costs involved running this account research as many cards as you can!

•Ask if account will be recorded as “secured”
If that is so make sure you ask this question before applying for the card. How are you to build your credit history if it is being recorded as “secure”

•Ask The Credit Company for unsecure facilities later on:
Ask them If you look after the account could you be considered for an unsecured credit card?

Secured credit cards can be a stepping stone towards unsecured credit. But you will have to jump throw a few hoops but it will all be worth it in the end.
Plus this will make you a financially responsible person.

These cards are the plain old simple credit card or they have rewards programs but boy oh boy do they limit the rewards. So does it really pay to pay for your credit card? Well in certain cases it does, because sometimes the no annual credit card they have certain terms and conditions you are not fully aware of until you sign on the dotted line. I mean what are the other fees of running your account? Do you even qualify for that card, because your credit score is a bit shaky? Yes ok you have a credit card that has no rewards I mean come on now you still getting the best APR% so in the long term you are scoring trust me. These credit card companies are a business and they run it like one. They need to make a profit so they will make everything seem pretty and such a great deal. I mean there are lots of factors to look at

· 0% APR period ?

· Future APR %

· Minimum Transfer?

· Fees?

· Other unclassified fees?

· Payment Order? Pay higher APRs or 0%APR?

· Doing this will it reduce your load period?
